Carling focuses her practice on the administration and litigation pertaining to estates, trusts, and guardianships, in addition to performing estate planning.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Carling relocated to Florida to attend the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2015.
Prior to joining FLPFL, Carling worked as a law clerk and thereafter an associate attorney, practicing in the areas of probate, guardianship, and trusts. Additionally, Carling was an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting an array of criminal offenses and trying misdemeanor and felony cases to verdict. Carling focused much of her time prosecuting violent crimes of domestic violence and has maintained an interest in advocating for vulnerable families in our community.
Carling is admitted to practice in Florida and New Jersey. In her free time, Carling enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two boys.
