Born, raised, and educated in South Florida, Jose attended Florida International University where he earned a degree in International Relations from the School of International and Public Affairs. Upon completing his undergraduate studies in 2010, Jose enrolled in the Florida International University College of Law where, while completing his Juris Doctor, he clerked for the Honorable Maria M. Korvick, the Administrative Judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit Probate Division.
Jose has been involved in the Probate and Guardianship community since before his admission to law school. Upon his graduation and licensing, Jose continued practicing in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship until eventually starting his own law firm to better serve his clients in late 2016. Jose also served as a Supervising Attorney/Adjunct Professor for the Florida International University College of Law Clinical Program in the areas of Probate, Guardianship, Elder Law, and Special Needs.
Jose is personally involved with all the cases in the firm, from start to finish, and thoroughly discusses each specific need with any prospective client prior to accepting representation.
