Mariam Butt was born and raised in New York to Pakistani immigrant parents. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Florida Atlantic University. Driven by a longstanding interest in family law and advocacy, Ms. Butt went on to pursue her Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.
During law school, Ms. Butt interned at the Children and Families Law Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience working with families and children navigating complex legal issues. This experience further solidified her passion for family law and client-centered advocacy.
Upon admittance to the Florida Bar, Ms. Butt began practicing exclusively in family law, where she is committed to guiding clients through emotionally challenging matters with diligence, compassion and strategic representation.
Ms. Butt is also fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
