Yudislaidys Mallol was born in Cuba, and she migrated to the United States at the age of 4 with her parents. Ms. Mallol graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science, a major degree in Criminology and a minor degree in Sociology from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. After graduating college, Ms. Mallol worked closely with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office as a Victim/Witness Counselor and working there confirmed her desire of attending law school and becoming an attorney.
Thereafter, Ms. Mallol attended Florida International University College of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2017. While in law school, Ms. Mallol was a probate law clerk for a solo practitioner, where, with the oversight of an attorney, she worked cases such as estate planning, probate administration, guardianship administration, and trusts and estates litigation. After graduating from law school, Ms. Mallol passed the Florida Bar and began practicing as a Trusts, Estates, and Family attorney.
Ms. Mallol practices in the areas of Estates, Trusts, Guardianships, Estate Planning, and Family Law. Ms. Mallol is fluent and highly proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English and Spanish.
