With a distinguished legal career spanning public service, high-stakes commercial litigation, and sophisticated family law practice, Hinds brings extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of family law, including dissolution of marriage, alimony, child custody and support, equitable distribution, paternity, relocation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence injunctions, mediation, and post-judgment enforcement and modification proceedings.

Hinds began her legal career serving as both an Assistant Public Defender and Assistant State Attorney before joining the nationally recognized law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, where she contributed to complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country. She later focused her practice exclusively on family law, earning a reputation as a trusted advocate and strategic counselor for clients navigating some of life’s most challenging circumstances.

She has devoted significant time to pro-bono representation on behalf of children in foster care and has been recognized by the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society with its Juvenile Advocacy Award for more than ten consecutive years. She is also the recipient of the Legal Aid Society’s Individual Legacy Award and the Florida Bar President’s Award in recognition of her service and leadership.

reading, skiing, hiking, and spending time with her three children, grandchild, and friends. Hinds is also a dedicated dog lover.
